There's more to the desert island than just visuals.
Exposure to rain will lower body temperature. And more seriously, it will cause a decrease in immunity and endanger life. All interactions make you feel like you are on a desert island.
All actions and reactions are restored to reality.
Pull, drag, kick, throw...The character will have different actions while using different props and weapons.
Stab fish with spears, hunt bears with bows... Use different weapons to hunt wild creatures. Do it alone and get the whole trophy. Or join a group to make it easier.
Pay attention! Hitting trees with bare fists will cause wounds to bleed or even break bones. Use real-world logic to survive on this desert island!
Survisland provides a complicated metabolism system.
including muscle, fate, protein, water, calories and more. As the level increases, the survivors' physical functions will also increase. A hard-core survival experience is not just about keeping hunger and thirst levels at the baseline, but also requires maintaining the balance of nutrients by eating different food sources.

So this game is fun and true to the spirit of the game, it is very VERY grindy.. Everything has steps and it feels as if you are actually building said object, house, weapon, etc. One thing that is rather annoying about the game is the fact that even though I acquire an axe that is higher tier than stone or flint the damage to hardwood trees does not increase.. I am not sure if that is a design error or that it did not work as intended by the designers but I wish it would get fixed or adjusted to where if I am using bronze, it does more damage to trees or stone. the only benefit to having higher tier tools seems to be the durability. It is convenient but it is not satisfying. Putting in so much effort to gather the necessary supplies to build the four different things to even be able to forge. Then gathering the ore and smelting it and then finally getting to the stage of being able to make the better tools only to find they do not speed the harvesting process. They make the construction of things easier and again have way better durability but harvesting.... oof.. it is the most taxing part.. I am trying to build a ship and gathering the wood makes me want to pull my hair out. BUT…1 found this helpful

Started off as a fun game, but now a lot of the functionality is broken/bugged.1 found this helpful
It's just unfinished. The crafting system is enjoyable, but at some point during the course of forging 200+ nails by hand for the stupid boat, you realize you could be spending your time better doing literally anything else. Possibly the dishes. Or the laundry. That's more fun.
pretty realistic. more detailed in crafting. I can concentrate on building, surving
