The crash wasn't supposed to happen. But it did. Gather resources, craft equipment, and piece together what happened here. Your ship is fixable. Getting home is possible. But this planet will test everything you have before it lets you leave. Scan Everything  Your scanner is your most important tool. Every creature you find can be scanned, catalogued, and studied. Scanning wildlife earns you Research Points. Spend them across a deep research tree spanning survival upgrades, tools, buildings and the ship systems you'll need to escape. But some technology can't be bought. Certain rare creatures hold the key to breakthroughs that no number of points can unlock. If you want to go home, you'll need to find them first. Explore a Living World Three distinct alien biomes stretch across the planet at launch, each with their own ecosystems, creatures, and secrets, with more to come as development continues.  Explore abandoned human outposts belonging to an expedition that came before yours but didn't make it back. What happened here?
