What Steam players say

Players appreciate the game's fun multiplayer experience and its appeal to Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles fans, with some comparing it favorably to classic arcade beat-em-ups. However, the game is widely criticized for being extremely short with limited content and replayability, and most players agree the full price is unjustifiable—recommending purchase only on deep discount, if at all.
Whatever you do, please please PLEASE don't buy this game at full price. If you pay €30 for this game, even if you got exactly what you wanted, you are scammed by definition. I really don't say this easily, but this game is legitimately CRIMINALLY priced. This game will NEVER be worth this amount of money. I know it's just a port of an arcade game so you shouldn't expect too much... but even then, it's legitimately one of the worst products I've ever experienced. It was fun to play with friends purely because we can laugh together at how terrible the game is, but after a few playthroughs (that are only an hour long), that effect wore off, and we were left with only frustration, boredom and disgust.4 found this helpful

I believe I may have possible seen it a few years back at the West Town Mall arcade (Knoxville), the one above their movie theater. But I did not play it as they implemented some new debit card like token system (Like the Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge arcades have done, you TN folks know). All I know is that is was that next generation ninja turtles where they redesigned April O Neil. I know next to nothing about that generation of TMNT. Any who......on to the review. I know this is not Konami, but it really did remind me of the classic TMNT arcade games. But this is an actual 3D beat em up. The player characters and the enemies can move in all eight directions. And not just like a strafe as in a classic BEU,. but an actual walk toward in the direction whilst also attacking / walking / jumping, in the space allowed for a BEU (like shown in one of the preview pics of Krang being knocked back at a 45 degree angle). This may be one of the only times outside of Sega's Spikeout that I have played a true 3D beat em up. The throwing of the enemies toward the camera was ob…
