Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge is a solid beat em up that captures the nostalgia of classic arcade TMNT games with good humor, gradual difficulty progression, and fun character variety, earning praise from arcade veterans and franchise fans. However, players report significant issues including a steep learning curve with overwhelming combo lists, online matchmaking problems making multiplayer difficult to access, and occasional gameplay bugs like enemies infinitely rejoining combat. Most players suggest waiting for a sale rather than buying at full price.
This game slaps, from the funky tunes, to the charming graphis and the satisfying punchy combat. Played it alone on the highest difficulty, failed some levels once or twice, feel like would be more enjoyable in a couch coop setting, but its great fun alone too, pretty short, but short and sweet, not padded out with useless bs.1 found this helpful
Wow this game was a lot of fun! TMNT was always a huge part in my life. Playing this game made me feel like a kid again. Give it a shot!

Reminds me of oldschool arcade era, but without grown ups yanking your coins
Great game that reminds me of the original arcade game. Overall enjoyable except for some challenges were not made for someone that understands English. The reason I say this is that there are challenges that state "do not get hit more than 2 times" which would mean that you would lose when you get hit the 3rd time NOT the second time. Amazing that this got through QA with this obvious failure. Again great game but just remember if you do challenges that numbered ones are just wrong.
It's so pretty! So many animations too! And local/remote play multiplayer is super easy. You just press start and drop in whenever! Also there are collectible sets with associated rewards. Combat is nice! Great game overall!
