The Attic is a Visual Novel and Walking Simulator style game with multiple endings.
You, the main character, live alone in this old house. When one day you hear a knock in your attic. While entering it you find little blue marble at the windowsill.
The outcome of this story is up to you.
Do you find the whole ordeal of blue marbles at the attic whimsical?...or threatening?
This game is a love letter to the classical horror stories about old haunted houses, basements and ofcourse attics. Psychological horror inspired by author's experience with OCD-like symptoms and intrusive thoughts.

One of my prized possessions is a certain blue marble, likely from a fishtank, but I found it in the middle of the woods. It has a large scratch through it that makes it look like an eye. Maybe someday I'll find another, & another, & another. That would be interesting. I bought this game 11 times before even playing it, a copy for myself & ten for my friends. I bought this game because I've been following the artist for a while, and even though I am not usually a horror gamer, I loved it! I would describe it as a walking simulator with several choices sprinkled in, but the atmosphere is very eerie with the art and sound design! In about 30 minutes, I managed to get about 4 of the 6 endings so it's a very short little game, but I could tell the creator put a lot of thought and hard work into it!1 found this helpful

Short, sweet, and to the point! Oddly beautiful at times. Definitely recommend, especially given its price tag and short playtime.
Love it! I've got almost all of the endings and I'm planning to get them all, of course. It's spooky but it's relying more on the ambiance for this, which I really love! Also the art style is so so gorgeous.
