About The Backrooms: Descent
Descend into the Backrooms as a newly hired researcher to locate previous teams who went missing during their expedition. However, after arriving at your first destination you soon realize why this seemingly endless labyrinth of rooms and endless buzzing may make you the next researcher lost in the Backrooms. Will you survive and find the main research team before it's too late?

it needs some work, the level fun is confusing and the garage level is even more confusing.3 found this helpful
In General >The controls/movement feel clunky >Hated the camera perspective >Environments aren't as atmospheric as other Backrooms games But the gameplay... oh man The monsters aren't scary nor even intimidating, just annoying. -The shapeshifters in the Parking Garage have a hilariously narrow field of vision that makes them all too easy to dodge around. Kills the fear factor right away. However, if you get unlucky and catch one as they turn a corner or pillar on your way between rooms, they run much faster than your asthmatic, useless character who can only sprint for five seconds before their lungs give out. That combined with just generally lacking in scare factor made them annoying as all hell. Like getting capped by a 10 year old on CoD. All in all, that level took us... like three hours to complete. But that was also due to Sanity? -On that note, Sanity. It SEEMS to be a mechanic but I couldn't tell you for certain. Our characters would progressively seem to get more insane on the Parking Garage level, scribbling things on our clipboards. That was neat. And often, those scribblings would vanish when we drank almond water. But... it didn't happen every time? My buddy would …2 found this helpful

Fun game to play with friends. Coop is working Currently (2024/06) has a couple of levels so the game can be finish quickly. Hop dev will continue the game. We will wait new levels what ever how long it takes.1 found this helpful

This is game is just silly fun. Don't confuse this with the other Backrooms Descent: Horror game if trying to look up cheats lol. Doesn't work. But after 3 hours and 15 minutes... We finished it lol. With lots of laughs and deaths.
