The Corruption

Very enjoyable game that feels the whole time like you're going out of bounds and breaking the game. The levels are massive and very well designed, but it must've been a nightmare to playtest! The platforming is a bit jank along with the combat, but conversely it all seems to come together quite well. One of the more unique games in my collection, recommended by Brutal Zlim aka Zlimbratski. The game has multiple endings and it took me nearly 8 hours to get 1 of them. I still have no idea what's going on, but I suspect I'll dive back in one day as I enjoyed it so much

Stuff happenend... i think... Escape digital limbo in this walking sim/platformer with shooter elements. Interesting enemy design to say the least. But unfortunately hard to hit with your grenade launcher, the only weapon. Platforming choices are questionable with game-of-life-like morphing platforms. Checkpoint system is utter garbage. Prepare for a lot of redoing the same passage. Not a fan of the "escape" levels where you don't have a gun. Navigation is sometimes difficult due to the weird visuals. The vibe and the atmosphere are why i giving this one a thumb up.

I love exploration/megastructure games so I'm happy to have bought it. You may need to tweak settings to remove visual noise. Some slight issues with polish (Esc doesn't back out of pause menu) but an enjoyable world to explore and a creative enemy design. Worth the asking price.

Gives a very good first impression with visuals, sound design and atmosphere. However, in a short time all of it becomes annoying as the whole game is based on just a single idea and gets stale. I understand that the level design is supposed to entertain the 'glitched computer system' setting but as it is, you are spending about half of the time just finding your way through.
