The Elevator Game with Catgirls

I bought the game for the catgirls, stayed for the eerie atmosphere and exploration options.

Very haunting and atmospheric game. Nails liminal spaces and the chilling anticipation of waiting to see if anything supernatural will happen, or if you're a fool for believing it would.

[b]"looks friendly but bites"[/b]  🫀🫀🖤 🟩 absolutely adore the character art 🔷 quite a few endings but some are very jokey throwaway endings 🔴 bit disappointed by final ending [b]vibes:[/b] surreal liminal [b]loops:[/b] visual novel with point and click adventure puzzle elements with many endings [b]ramblings:[/b] i just adore the art style, its pretty much half the reason why i got it in the first place. i rather quite liked the story and writing as well of course. except that i dont think it nailed the final landing at all, i was just rather let down by it. i actually genuinely at first thought that it was another fakeout joke ending so when it turned out to be the actual final ending it just left me with a bit of a sour taste in my mouth. i just found its tone poorly suited and rather unsatisfying for what i was hoping and expecting as the story's finale.  otherwise i liked the game, it has some really cool and memorable moments and scenes, the voice acting is fine. i liked the two main characters, but wish the narrative had explored a bit more into the whole psychological issues going on between kirin and asahi than it actually did, because like they're publishing a m…

an absolutely charming little game with a beautiful soundtrack! the true ending was a bit anticlimatic outside of the interaction with kirin, but the credits song that plays is utterly beautiful and i'll definitely be adding it to my spotify playlists

Entertaining and atmospheric horror visual novel, really enjoyed my time with it
