About The NOexistenceN of you AND me

✦ AI summary

You navigate hundreds of dialogue choices to greet a mysterious girl who suddenly appears in your room, unraveling the nature of existence and reality itself through surreal psychological horror. This genre-bending visual novel blurs the line between player and protagonist, offering branching paths that range from intimate conversations to absurdist adventures—each choice reshaping what it means to "be."

A surreal psychological horror short visual novel where YOU are the protagonist. One day, a mysterious girl suddenly appears in the protagonist's room...

Your task is simple:

  • Say hello to the girl~
  • Navigate through hundreds of choices to respond to "the girl's existence."
  • Explore the essence of "being" and uncover the truth of this "world."

And your mission is even simpler:

  • Say hello to the girl~
  • As king, listen to your subjects' counsel, especially those "loyal ministers."
  • Make strawberry cake, eat the cake, eat the cake - will you really let her eat the cake?
  • Stop FONTAINEBLEAU's plot! Don't hand over the time machine!
  • Journey to the Silvery Forest, defeat the Demon Lord, fulfill the Dreamer's mission.
  • Date the mysterious girl at the world's end.
  • Take some pills, have a heart-to-heart chat with them.
  • Witness your ending with the girl.
There's no character introduction here!Rather than define myself with labels, I'd prefer we understand each other through shared experiences and memories. You exist because you're you. I exist because I'm me. And here we are, meeting in this moment……Of course, how you interpret these words, how you perceive me... isn't that itself my "self-introduction"?
  • Small in stature, always smiling.
  • A mandrake researcher who loves writing visual novel scripts.
  • Tall and quiet.
  • Rhythm games Master but ↑↑↓↓←→←→BA(⁎˃ᴗ˂⁎)!
Of course, perhaps none of that matters most. What matters is...I hope you enjoy our time together.
  • This game welcomes live streaming (including monetized streams)~

The NOexistenceN of you AND me is a very interesting game. I can't say I've ever played anything quite so like it. Lilith was a likeable character in all 3 routes, and so was our (as the protagonist) train of thought through each route. None of the options felt out of place, and they all stemmed from the same idea, being our perception of he world (namely our percepion of Lilith). That's what this game's all about, by the way. It looks at human perception and how each individual's idelology can shape the world around us by puting labels on things that are otherwise ever-changing and unique. This quote (from the game itself) summs everything up pretty neatly, "Suppose three kilometers from your home, there’s a man named Mr. John. But you’ve never met him before, and for the rest of your life, you never will. Now tell me-who is more real to you? Me, who has spent time with you? Or that man who will never intersect with your life?" Overall, The NOexistenceN of you AND me is a 9/10 game. It's not perfect (as with all things in life) but it's damn well close. - Your #1 Lilith enjoyer

If you're in the mood for a short, deeply emotional, and existential experience that will leave you staring at a blank wall when the credits roll, this is it. The Good: Incredible Writing: The dialogue and inner monologues are beautifully written. It hits hard, dealing with heavy themes of identity, connection, and existence in a very raw, relatable way. Vibe & Atmosphere: The art style and minimalist soundtrack blend perfectly together to create this beautifully melancholic, cozy-yet-sad atmosphere. Short but Impactful: It doesn't waste your time. You can finish it in one sitting, but the story stays with you for days. The Not-So-Good: It’s extremely text-heavy with minimal "gameplay" in the traditional sense, so don't expect fast-paced action. Go in expecting a visual novel/interactive story. Final Verdict: A hidden indie gem that is less of a "game" and more of an emotional gut-punch. Absolutely worth it if you love story-driven, philosophical experiences. 9/10

I was very caught off guard first and almost decided to get a refund but once you get passed the beginning this visual novel ends up asking a lot of existential questions which can make you uncomfortable at times but it is really interesting
