- Make Ice Creams – Prepare cones with multiple flavors or serve simple bowls. Every customer has their own unique tastes and strange habits.
- Meet Strange Customers – From kids sneaking out at night, to ex-convicts, lonely wanderers, or unsettling strangers. Some are kind. Some are confusing. And some may not exist at all.
- Face The Unexplainable: Your illness creates shadows, strange sounds, and distorted faces. Sometimes the customer looks weird. Sometimes you see things that shouldn't be there.
- Cozy Night Atmosphere: Enjoy the quiet night shift.
- Psychological Horror: A scary story that plays with your mind.

I'm not entirely sure why this game has mostly positive, and the only reason I can think is because they haven't played Boba Tea shop which came out before this. It's a 100% rip off of the game with very little of a change except the graphics being 10 times worse. The ending is mildly different, but was a stereo type all together, while still trying to cater toward a big time streamer to get the play. If you're looking to play a game that drags out to the nearly enough so you would get no refund amount (for no reason other than just the slowness of characters), this is great for that.2 found this helpful
The Ice Cream Shop starts off very slowly so be prepared for that. The story is actually very sad, but I enjoyed every bit of it. For $5 it's a bit steep for only 45 minutes of playtime so definitely try and grab it when it goes on sale. I love the horror simulator types of games and this tickled every part of my brain. Short, cute for a job horror game, and fun enough while it lasted. The ending was a little ho hum, but better than others in this genre. If you can get it on sale, don't have high expectations, and like cozy horror job sims, give it a go. It was a bit confusing how to get passed the last day without dying over and over, but [spoiler]running into the freezer and shutting the door finally got it to progress.[/spoiler]1 found this helpful

I love little mundane job horror games... I know... it's a weird thing to enjoy... but I do. With that being said... "The Ice Cream Shop" was a nice installment in that niche. I would've liked a few more customer variations in the game... but I absolutely loved the addition of the "Dollar Tree CashOh_" that you come across. If you're looking for something fun to pass the time and give you a little scare here and there... "The Ice Cream Shop" will satiate that fear tooth.1 found this helpful
