About The Island Story
The Island Story is leisure simulation game. Players can change the appearance of the island by placing different animals, plants and decorative items freely. Plants and animals also produce fruit and dust resources for further exploration and play.
Plants have their own unique lifespans. Each plant will slowly grow until it matures. After death, it will generate new animals and plants and start a new life.
Island
- The player has an unmanned island from the beginning, with some ruins and stone mountains on it, player will decide what the island will become.
Day Circle
- The game time is based on 24 hours. There is a separate day and night system, including sunrise, sunset, and the absence of the moon, etc. The atmosphere of the sky and the environment will also change with different times of the day.
Placement
- player can freely choose the animals and plants location in the game, decorative items can be Piled up and rotated.
Explore New Species
- The game provides more than 50 plants, 20 animals and 30 decorative items from various continents.
- Obtaining new species requires players to explore the world map. Entering 3 values in the exploration interface, which respectively represent the temperature, humidity, and sunlight. When the 3 values all meet a preset value of the system, players can obtain the samples of specific plants.
- Each plant in the game will have a text prompt to tell players the approximate values.
Grow
Plants have their own unique lifespans. Each plant will slowly grow until it matures. After death, it will generate new animals and plants and start a new life.

By watching the videos and reading some of the reviews this game looks like lots of fun. I'm really into designing things and being creative but this game was just not it for me. I started it up and it was extremely glitchy the island bugged out and so I started it up again and the same things happened, a few more tires and I got it to work and it wasn't as much fun as I originally thought and it wasn't worth redownloading five times just for it to bug and lag.14 found this helpful

I've spent about 15 minutes with this game and have spotted too many flaws to continue with it. The interface is clunky, there are a few bugs around (menus that don't close, stuck on load screen for no reason, language switches to Chinese for no reason) and the tutorial just disappears midway through. I hoped this would offer some distraction but it only brought frustration.3 found this helpful
I some how just like open this game then listen to the BGM and sound effect. The color in this game was good. Guess you guys did a lot of research for those plants...1 found this helpful
The game wants to be similar to Equilinox but fails to scratch that itch. - bad or misisng translation - moving across the island is a PAIN - the gameplay is very simple (you just switch between playing plants and animals to geenrate points) and there is not much more to it. - achievements don't work if you like the look of Island story, i recommend you check out equilinox
Its a meh game, has pretty graphics tho!
