The Last Werewolf

I am enjoying this one so far. It has a good tone. The game avoids some of the traditional bad puzzle logic of typical point-and-click/adventure games but also comes off a bit too linear and due to that, you may not pick up an item and then realize you need it in the next scene (but can't go back to it). I wouldn't be against a little bit more rigor/complexity to the mechanics, but I also think...that's not quite the point of the game. It probably isn't worth $10 at this time and could use a bit more polishing up, but it's fun for what it is and has potential. There are some minor grammatical/syntactical errors that detract a bit from the game.

I like narrative driven games, ones that have a good story. I feel this does. I like the old school feel of the game as it brings back childhood memories.

Really great, cosy game!!! I absolutely adore the aesthetics, the black and white feel only adds to the ambience which is important for a game like this. I really enjoyed the narrative, and Im looking forward to the new chapters to come out.

I loved this game. I would highly reconmend you give it a try. I got this game casue I love werewolf, but the story hit home. I know what it's like and sometime, it's quite hard. Lovely story, would play again.

I've put up a youtube walkthrough of this game. No one else was covering the game, so i bothered. If you enjoy part 1 of the walkthrough, you'll probably enjoy the rest of the game, and whatever else this dev. releases in the future. Out of my 400 steam games that i own, i usually don't bother to make walkthroughs because it's already covered elsewhere. My experience so far is all you need to do is look at objects and talk to people and you'll beat chapter 1 no matter how good or bad you do.

The Last Werewolf is a 3D adventure game, about Lachie, a struggling young female werewolf, who wants to escape or mitigate the taboo of her condition by finding and talking to others who also have to hide their transformations from the "normal" world. So she becomes an investigator and blogger of reports of Were-creatures, Vampires and the like. The game follows Lachie in three of her investigations, during which she learns more about her condition, and how to better accept it and control its extremes. She also gradually finds out more about her own personal history. The art style - a 3D world & characters in shades of grey rather than full colour - is distinctive & effective, and suits the story line and theme. Each chapter - one of Lachie's case files - is spread across three days in which she can explore locations and interact with characters (not all of whom are ordinary people...). This is largely a very linear game, but some dialogue or exploration choices will enable or prevent other interactions on subsequent days.
