The Monstrous Horror Show

As a narrative, The Monstrous Horror Show is overhyped. Sure, it finishes strong, but to get to the interesting stuff you have to suffer through three chapters that range from subpar to mediocre. As a work of horror, it has the reverse trajectory. The early chapters shocked me a few times, but after establishing what kinds of things can happen in this story, it keeps to its routine rather than trying to one-up itself. As a game, The Monstrous Horror Show starts off very easy, then graduates to somewhat easy. You definitely won't need a walkthrough to solve these puzzles. As porn, I like how stylized and exaggerated the sex gets, but I feel like it goes on too long sometimes. I started skipping through text and just enjoying the visuals. Also worth noting: you have to get pretty far into the game before any of the sex could be described as "happy," even when it's consensual. Also, one of the characters DRINKS THE CONTENTS OF A USED CONDOM WTF

I've played 3 routes so far and was pleasantly surprised by the variety of the gameplay and story for each route! I burst out laughing quite a few times. Really nice.

Now as Halloween is approaching it the perfect time to play Monstrous Horror Show. It the perfect time of year to play games like Monstrous Horror Show. Monstrous Horror Show is one of those games that has become one of my greatest classic games in my library. This is a true gem that i love. I got the game on Steam just to share with you how match i love The Monstrous Horror Show. I have already have like over 15 hours playing the game off Steam and still counting. This is one of those games that are going to live on as cult classics. 9.7 out of 10. The Monstrous Horror Show is a timeless masterpiece!
