You start off in a quite empty two dimensional plane of space, you can move around any direction your facing. Then suddenly you are quite likely to encounter some polygon asteroids, make sure to not bump into these. But do not worry you have some tools to aid you, such as handy laser shooters strapped to the front of your ship, fire these to damage asteroids, once an asteroid is hit enough it will break up into smaller ones, if that's helpful? idk up to you. If you do accidentally gently bump into an asteroid, do not panic! Your ship is also equipped with the finest energy shields in the galaxy, be aware tho, these shields do not regenerate health, so make the most out of your immunity.Your mission? Quite simple. You must follow the tracker signal.. this will lead you to a waypoint. The amount of these you have collected will be visible to you. What are they for you ask? Absolutely nothing (yet).Anything else you should know about? There may be a couple things lurking around.... (personally i would avoid anything that comes towards you):3

What is this "developer" thinking?!? This is NOT a complete game. This is someone BROKEN and severely flawed first "Asteroids Project". Let me explain why: 1) The game simply DOES NOT WORK with a mouse & keyboard and it doesn't state that this is a controller only game on the Steam store page. 2) The game has ZERO sound. No clicks. No music. Not even "pew-pew" sounds as you might expect when you fire. Nope. Notta. Nothing. 3) The main menu DOES NOT WORK. The main menu shows options like "Leaderboards", "Customization", and "Options", but none of the controller buttons allow you to access any of them. Only the "Quit" and "Start" buttons work and that is using the "X" button instead of the "A" button on the controller?!!? WTF?!? Sooo weird. ..And again, the mouse and keyboard do nothing here, you can't even click on different options with the mouse! UGH. 4) The controls make NO SENSE. The "X" button is gas. WTF!?!? Why on a game you've only coded to work on a controller would you not tie gas to the R2 trigger button? And the fire button is R1 here instead of something that would make much more sense like the right stick or the "A" button. ARGHHH! 5) The…3 found this helpful
