About The Ship: Remasted
The Ship: Remasted is a remake of the classic 2006 game, The Ship: Murder Party.
You find yourself aboard a series of luxury 1920s cruise ships – a guest of the mysterious Mr X who has engineered your presence on board to take part in a murderous game. You and your fellow passengers will be assigned a target to kill and must do so before your own hunter tracks you down. Armed with a wide array of weapons and traps, use all of your cunning and skill to dispatch your unsuspecting target and avoid sleeping with the fishes.
All aboard and enjoy the cruise.
Dedicated servers (16 players) are live! LAN (16 Players) and Listen Servers (8 players) are also available to set up. Please read our FAQs in the Steam discussion forums before you buy.

Aren't remasters supposed to be better than the original? This one isn't.15 found this helpful
TL;DR: The Ship series is basically dead but if you wanna play with friends or try setting a match up online, buy the original 2006 version which is the same price. As a huge fan of the Source game, I must say that this is easily worse than the Source version it's based on (in some ways it's worse than the HL1 mod.) I could go extremely in-depth with this, but I'll list some of the major points for and against this game. Pros: -New weapons in the holiday map (candy cane, holiday ham, firecracker [holiday blunderbuss]) -New time accurate models for certain assets (deodorant, ATM, etc) -Two new leaders in the World Leader modes -Bots are generally more aggressive, leading them to run around more and get stuck less -Your health is now displayed at all times instead of keeping note of the camera shaking -Some textures are redone in HD and given new detailed normalmaps Eh: -Sprint is now purely tied to stamina as opposed to its own meter, this leads to the sleep need being used more than any other -The HUD elements are changed to a universal art-deco style, many menus now look the same but I suppose it's all to preference -The witness system now seems more picky on when players are b…1 found this helpful

Great game, but I wish it had more players and dedicated servers. It gets boring playing against bots all the time.

i like that they remastered the graphics, but why wasn't this made as an upgrade to the original game, or at least a dlc? a bit of a cash grab, still woudl recommend
