"erm we did a heccin science guys" dialogue, absurd file size, EUslop. first one was a very tightly designed game with interesting concepts, this one loves the sound of its own voice. world far too big and spread out with empty spaces between levels to try and wow you with space, like serious sam 4. enjoy walking a mile between each puzzle1 found this helpful
I really love the first game, but this one didn't feel the same way at all. Especially, I'm upset by the W3 Golden Gate puzzle. Where I've lost a ton of time just because the inital testing for solution simply didn't work due to weird physics............. I'll just copy another user's review, because too lazy and English is hard. Second very good game in the series. Definitely recommend. Compared to the TTP1 the advantages of the sequel are: 1) beautiful and epic sceneries (Anthropic Hills <3) 2) way more developed lore and impression of a vivid community 3) a plethora of new and interesting puzzle mechanics However, there are also a number of drawbacks: 1) it features WAY TOO MUCH WALKING. I do not exaggerate when I say that I spent more time walking around the map than actually solving puzzles. The walking speed is egregiously slow (not sure if anybody has ever willingly used it) and the running speed should have been twice as fast 2) the new puzzle mechanics in each area are barely used in subsequent areas, feeling that the puzzle design was quite restrained and I concur the opinion that I found online that I wish more puzzles were like the segment of puzzles in the endgame. Still very much enjoyable and not too easy though 3) way less interesting optional content (monument puzzles) compared to TTP1's amazing star puzzles An A tier game for me
Once again an amazing game that not only has great gameplay, but also challenges you to interpret and think for yourself.
Absolutely stunning! Great visuals, great storyline, great character design. Difficulty is perfectly balanced to allow you to complete the main game without fuss but then you have to put in substantially more effort to 100%. Brilliant game.
2 MANY PUZZLES This game has even more puzzles than the first game when I really just wanted to watch more story.
