The Three Musketeers - D'Artagnan & the 12 Jewels is a mobile app that's been dumped on Steam as if it was a real PC game (it's not)... it's a cash grab from greedy mobile devs. The game insultingly rips off the 19th century story of gallantry about the French Musketeers for the personal, unethical profit of the greedy mobile devs at Microids. Like, the arrogance and insults here are so bad the "developers" here don't acknowledge the French author, Alexandre Dumas, and instead claim his work for their own. Sure, the work of Dumas is in the public domain, but stealing his works and pretending you own them, and trying to gain money for them is highly unethical. Yeah, you too, Disney. Anyway, about this crap mobile app: From a technical perspective, the game doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. There's no options to change the resolution for the game or customise the graphics settings. There's no way for gamers to ensure this is running at the native resolution of their displays... there's no guarantee this game will look right on any PC as a result of this hamfisted design decision. A horrid waste of time. Even for a point and click game, it's boring. So simple that it feels like a childs game, but it's not for children, and it's DEFINITELY not for ANYONE who wears glasses. The worst part about this game, is the blasted music. Whoever put that garbage on a loop owes me money for pain and suffering.

Yes, I recommend this game, but only if you enjoy this particular genre. It is not HdO's best effort, however.
