Timeless 2: The Lost Castle (IHOG) Options include separate sliders for Sound, Music and Ambients, Full-screen and Custom Cursor. Choice of Casual, Normal or Expert Mode, which can be changed at any time. The task bar does not collapse. Story: A masked man clad in red invades your dreams with pleas for help to save an innocent young girl. You board the next flight to Europe, only to be spirited away by the mysterious stranger in-flight! The next thing you know you're in a locked cabin, and the girl's spirit tells you that her body is trapped in a magical sphere. With a scream for help, she disappears, leaving you to find a way out... for both of you! https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1839170883 I really like the Journal in this one. It expands on the story beautifully, with plenty of pictures to make it visually interesting. It documents the clues we find, yet it doesn't give unsolicited hints. Beauty! Gameplay: We have a nice amount of adventuring which is balanced well with HOS and mini-games. An old school light adventure with intelligent (and no junk pile) hogs . I say old school as there is NO hand holding but there IS a very handy journal in which our adventurer writes clues and sometimes figured solutions. The graphics in this game are stunning ; I quite often forgot to play as I was so often admiring the scene before me. The story is different and engaging , it progresses logically and maintain's ones interest. I was surprised at how few seem to know about this game so felt obliged to write a review! I played the Timeless: The Forgotten Town when I was younger and LOVED it. This was nostalgic for me to play again. A highly recommend to anyone who likes HO (Hidden Object) Games and mystery!
Very nice game. Some puzzles, 2 or 3, were very difficult. I believe I got one by pure luck. One puzzle I resorted to a guide that pointed me to where I was already clicking. I then resorted to the hint button which sent me to the exact same spot and it then worked. Was this a glitch or was the hit box so small that I was clicking all around it? Nice story. Took me over seven hours to complete but I'm sure most will complete it in under that time. Get the game and enjoy.
