Thing & Fist

Wasn’t fun for me. I found it boring pretty quickly, and nothing about the gameplay gave me much reason to keep going.

"Thing & Fist" is described as an isometric co-op couch brawler, which tells us the developers don't know what the word "isometric" means. It's a method to render a 3D object in 2D dimensions without perspective (such that all the measurements and dimensions are equal, hence, iso-metric). This is just badly done 3D perspective rendering like most games. I swear, there needs to be a basic test before amateur developers are allowed to dump garbage on Steam. And, Valve does have this kind of test, but there's only one question, and that's "Would you like to pay us $100 through Steam Direct?" What do you do in the game? Very limited, badly done console-esque twin stick brawling, only worse than any console game ever did it. There's a co-op focus, which is pointless, because if you ask any of your friends to play garbage like this, you soon won't have any friends. Developers often desperately hope they can get other players to fill in the gaps when they're not adequately skilled/bothered to make complete games. I—like 98% of living humans—refuse to degrade myself by using a "controller" for PC games, so instead I used the same freeware emulator that 90% of 98% of you have undoubtedly used before. (It was the one that's been around for close to two decades now). - the very same one that should ALWAYS be packaged with and integrated into "controller only" PC games. — games like this one. ... which did not have such a necessary feature either packaged or integrated with it. Fun little game easy to play with fun mechanics. The graphics could use an update and i could easily play hours of this. Great game
