About Three Goblin Wobblin'

Three goblins have had enough of the intolerant society they are surrounded by. They have devised a brilliant plan to infiltrate sanctuaries of human indulgence, to fight for change
... by getting drunk.

Goblin legends tell of a beverage devised by ever-inventive humans, hidden away in their taprooms. They call it "beer"!

You must help these three goblins intrude on human festivities and snatch a mug of this legendary drink.

By controlling their delicate balance you will guide them through various pubs, markets, and banquet halls. Try not to blow their cover as they wobble through suspecting crowds, slippery tavern halls, and precarious castle walls. Utilize multiple routes through each level and open shortcuts by outsmarting various human contraptions and solving simple puzzles.

Be careful! Try not to fall and blow your disguise, as humans are suspicious creatures, and will kick you out of their town if they discover your dastardly plan.

During your adventure, you will find many secrets and collectables. Such as those tasty-looking pretzels!

The game features:
- Multiple diverse locations, from village inns, backstreet alehouses, to castle halls
- Exciting! never-before-seen contraptions such as doors and levers
- Social stealth system
- Various hats and disguises
- Collectables
- In-Game Level Editor
- Free and unlockable cosmetics
... and lots of beer!

✦ AI summary

Players praise the game's charming concept, cute goblin characters, solid controls, and excellent music and sound design. However, common frustrations include excessive and unpredictable character movement that makes the game feel unfair rather than challenging, a lack of save/checkpoint systems forcing long levels to be completed in one sitting, and the game's brevity with only 6 levels and low completion rates even on easier difficulties.

Ragey and infuriating, yet fun and addictive. A cute concept executed well, with a charming atmosphere and cute little goblins.

Good potential, but your character randomly moves too much on it's own. I'm fine with part of the challenge being that the Goblins are constantly shifting to throw me off balance, but the current state of shifting is too much for my liking. Even on Easy difficulty, it's too extreme to move around. The difficulty should be based off the sudden need to move around the humans, not moving altogether. If that was fixed, I would instantly recommend the game to others. It has some great charm, and appropriately themed dialogue and jokes. Only having 6 levels makes it a bit short, where it could be beaten in under 3 hours if one wasn't collecting the pretzels for achievements. Look at the Steam achievements and you'll see barely 10% have collected a pretzel, let alone beat a stage. There is obviously something wrong with the gameplay, because there is an audience for QWOP-style games. They eat this sort of stuff up. Low percentage of achievement rates show the controls aren't fun.

I can't recommend this game sadly. I like a lot of things about it, the controls themselves feel really good and I had no problem playing using a PS4 controller. The music, sound design, graphics and theme are all great!. But there are two main issue's I have with the game. The first is that if you exit a level your progress on a level is reset (Except for collectible pretzels) With the Market Town level taking me 210 minutes to complete, doing that in on sitting without turning off the game isn't increasing challenge it's decreasing quality of life for the player. Anyone playing on a laptop/steamdeck and runs out of battery, or has a crash/bug will have to restart the entire level. The second issue is the the NPC pathing, sometimes you'll enter a hallway and there are 3 NPC's going in the same direction, sometimes there are none, sometimes there are 4 going in different directions, it's completely random and they don't follow paths or telegraph when they're going to turn 180 degrees and walk into you, turn to the right or start veering into you on the diagonal. In normal stealth games NPC's follow paths and you can work out when to press forward, hold back or turn, but with this…

This game made my night when I first played it. I loved the difficulty, the comedy of the goblins and the various characters trying to knock me down. I have no idea how you would play it on a harder difficulty though!
