ARE YOU A BAD ENOUGH DUDE TO CONQUER THE TOWER OF G AND D?! I first played this game as a mobile game; this new iteration brings all of that gameplay over with a few additions to gameplay such as the new battle tile enhancements. This game is honestly more of a puzzle game than an RPG. There are 25 tiles, 5 by 5, and players flip tiles over one by one revealing an event. The events can be anything from a fight, a treasure chest, a chance to purchase items from a vendor or even improve them. There are also 3 tiles that can cause insanity. Insanity makes it to where the player has no pool to cast abilities from, and also causes strange events to happen. The character class chosen at the start gives specific boosts to how to handle certain events (such as a boost to attack if HP is high, or an immunity to poison) as well as specific abilities to help with fights. It's expected that players will struggle to succeed, and that's okay. With each event overcome and each floor gained, a currency called Souls is collected. These are used to enhance and even unlock classes, making each run a little easier. It's a fun gameplay loop, once you recognize what the game is expecting …
