About Unrestricted Pest Control
Unrestricted Pest Control is a top-down shooter with rogue-lite elements and a unique room/floor system. As an exterminator, you step into a nuclear research facility to fix its bug problems with your extensive solution methods.
Insects are famous for their adaptation and survival skills. A small push of radioactivity makes things a little bit complicated. They have outgrown themselves, gained new skills, and mutated distinctively. You must use your weapons wisely if you want to live.
You will have different skills that can be gained by defeating after bosses, but remember, you can use only one of them. Get a shield, slaying hoops, or a grenade to destroy everything. Choose the skill that serves you best.
With the unique room and floor system, this game demands strategizing your path. You are starting on the ground floor and your main goal is to reach the top floor. You must survive every room and reach the floor boss to be able to reach the upper floor. Be careful if you die, you will go back to square one. But don’t worry, once you unlock a floor, it stays unlocked. This allows you to reach the upper floor from the very first room. You can go final boss directly in theory :)
Clear every room to reach the bosses. Defeat the bosses to reach the upper floors. Clean the whole facility to reach ultimate satisfaction.

UPC, solo dev bir dev. tarafından geliştirilen (bana söylendiği kadarıyla) ve tarafıma küratörüm aracılığı ile ulaşılması sonucunda şans verdiğim bir yapım. Bitirmedim ve bitireceğimi zannetmiyorum ama ilk izlenimlerimi aktarmak yine de istiyorum zira çoğu oyunda iyi bir ilk izlenim bırakamayan oyunlar oyunda tutabildiği oyuncu sayısını drastik olarak kaybediyor. Oyunda toplamda 5 bölge var ve her biri 10 odadan oluşuyor. Mağaza sayfasındaki görsellerden ise odaların yaklaşık 30 saniye civarında temizlenebildiğini gözlemledim. Basit bir matematikle de her bir run'ın 15-20 dakika civarında sonuçlanacağını ve en kötü 1 saat içerisinde oyunu bitirebileceğimi tahmin ettim. Aklıma getirmediğim şey ise skill ceiling/learning curve oldu ki aslında bu tarz oyunlar ilk elinize aldığında içine hızlı dahil olduğunuz ve kolay adapte olduğunuz ancak ilerledikçe canınıza okuyan yapımlar olur genelde. UPC de biraz öyle. Bunu akıl etmemek benim enayiliğim elbet. Bu tarz oyunları aslında iyi kılan bel kemiğini unutmuş bulundum. Bunu demekle beraber bu tarz oyunların matematiği önemli. Unrestricted Pest Control, with its impressive design and seamless mechanics, has captivated me. In the mission to eradicate bugs in a nuclear research facility, the game provides a fantastic balance with its rogue-lite elements, creating an exciting atmosphere.
The game has a lot of potential. I enjoyed the flow of the game and would recommend it.
