About Vanildo's Journey
In addition to offering a casual and pleasant environment, RPG brings a rewarding game style for curious players who seek to explore everything and "replay" more than once, seeking to make different choices and paths, and may even find different endings in the same scene. Players must enter with a clean and open mind, looking for a dynamic and pleasant game, thus, they will achieve a satisfying experience that mixes gallows humor with a tense and dismal environment.

Vanildo's Journey offers an atmospheric narrative adventure with charming art and music that players appreciate, featuring humor, horror, and detective elements across multiple endings. However, the game suffers from frustrating design choices including unclear enemy HP in turn-based combat, poor progression warnings that lock players out of earlier areas, an incomplete crafting system, and a missing quit option from the menu. While some players find it engaging and relaxing, others feel the humor diminishes over time and the overall experience falls short of its potential.

If I could give this a rating a 1 out of 5, I would probably give it a 2.5. While there are several humorous conversations to be had within the story, it kinda tapers off somewhat after the beginning. The combat is a little frustrating at times because you have no idea what the enemy's HP levels are, and before going to other sections of the game there is no warning that you won't be able to travel back to other parts to buy mana or hp potions. Seems that there are elements of crafting, as you collect items that can be made into other things, but never was implemented after several hours of playing. There is also no Quit option from the menu. The music and artwork were great! I really enjoyed the whole atmosphere of the game, and was very relaxing to play.4 found this helpful
