About Vasilisa and Baba Yaga: Prologue
I am a magic helper doll. I was given to Vasilisa by her mother before she died. If you feed me and say the right words, I come to life and help my mistress.
After the death of his wife, Vasilisa's father grieved and grieved, but ended up remarrying. The stepmother does not like Vasilisa, every day she makes her do a lot of housework. Vasilisa feeds me in the evenings, and I help her. I do the work and at night I watch out for evil in the house. And there's actually a lot of evil around the stepmother's house!
An action adventure game in which you, as a magic doll, will fight evil spirits at night. You will be met by malicious opponents - a bannik, a ovinnik and a kikimora. Find a way to defeat them in a fair fight and teach them a lesson so that they will remember it for a long time!

The music caught me by surprise in the best way! I managed to complete the games tasks within an hour and a half, def a learning experience. The art is top tier and I really love the aesthetic. 10/101 found this helpful
Note: I've only played the preview – I really loved the graphics and the music, they make for a wonderful and unique atmosphere. Slavic folklore is a fascinating area, fantastic for developing a game around. However, the controls are pretty dull and button-mashy, and quickly became a bit tedious. I would love to see less mash, more story and puzzle aspect. I didn't want to give a "Yes" or "No" recommendation, as I think it's a neutral for me.

A nice and short introduction to the main game and the slavic folklore, in a graphic style reminding me of the golden russian/soviet animation. Unfortunately the combat system is not so enjoyable and has almost no strike feedback. Still, I recommend this prologue to those who are curious about the main game (that I've still not tried) and the slavic folklore, and are intrigued by russian animation. It's free, short and worth a try
