Never thought space could be simulated so in 2D. Controls are tough and the journey even tougher, Frustrating at times, completing missions gives a feeling of satisfaction, even to the point of bragging rights. The game brings back nostalgia when spoon feeding gamers were never in game design and players were treated intelligently. Not to mention the wonderful art style and soundtracks, The feeling of isolation like Gravity is always looming as I play. I would love to see a leaderboard if possible.10 found this helpful
For $5 it's ok, but it's very much a one trick pony. The mechanics feel like an atari 2600 game. It does one thing pretty well - navigating asteroids in 2d space, but that's it. I'd rather play Riverraid.6 found this helpful
PROS: -great style -2d animation and character art is pretty good -awesome setting -challenging CONS: -frustrating -some of the challenges are super unfair -clearly a mobile port -gets very repetitive overall: 5/104 found this helpful
Received this as a gift. Fairly basic space exploration game where you pilot your astronaut around to retrieve an object and return it to your ship while dodging various debris. Very short (seemed like 12 levels). Realized near the end that going feet first was the best way to avoid damage from bumping into things since you can pretty much barrel into things as long as its your boots hitting the debris. The missions have a short narrative but no real story here. Visuals are interest but its basically just you, your spaceship and debris floating around in space. Adding some variety to the missions might have made the game more appealing. Would not recommend.3 found this helpful
