Inspired by classic RTS hero mods, VR Hero Sentry let's you choose and shape your hero to your unique playstyle, murk monsters and hard bosses, earn experience and spell points to explore your personal spell path and improve your hero stats in a vendor system that offers troops, armory and weapon upgrades.

Forged by fire, the Fire Hunter masters fiery spells of high bursts and explosive power. The Ultimate Spell, a mighty serpent of fire, will annihilate enemies. Has a tamed fire wolf to fight along his side.

Mastering mysterious spells, Arcane Wizards use orbs, missiles and mana pools to destroy approaching enemies. Has a loyal hunting owl to damage enemies and a trained a magical arachnid companion.
Arcane Wizard spells:
The dark powers of the underworld aids the Necromancy Wizard who use blast damage and lifedrain to slay enemies. Has a loyal hunting owl to damage enemies and a trained undead arachnid companion.

"VR Hero Sentry" is yet another VR tech demo on Steam, this one a failed paid product. Like most VR exclusive games on Steam, there's not a lot of locomotion, you're just fighting off some low quality assets that come at you in waves. This one has some okay ideas, like supporting NPC armies and some upgrade/progression on your attacks, but the quality of everything tying all that together is low. This game looks a lot better visually than the actual gameplay. It could be the developer purchased high-end assets (no proof of that), or somehow managed to create great-looking assets while delivering a mediocre game, in this case it could be either... but there's no hard proof this is an asset flip. But as always, ethics of asset flipping aside (whether this is one or not), what matters is the quality of the game, and this has all the same low qualities that we expect from asset flip shovelware. It's VR exclusive, and that shows the developer failed to understand the most basic axiom of VR game design... if the only cool thing about your product is VR support, your product is not cool. Игра VR Hero Sentry приятно удивила! Изначально, скептически относился к жанру стационарной защиты в VR, но динамичный геймплей и разнообразие врагов меня затянули. Ощущение мощи, когда отбиваешь волны атакующих роботов из разных типов оружия, просто потрясающее. Графика, конечно, не AAA-уровня, но вполне достойная и не отвлекает от игрового процесса. Управление интуитивно понятное, быстро осваиваешься с переключением между пушками и использованием специальных способностей. Разнообразие врагов заставляет постоянно адаптировать стратегию, и это не дает заскучать. Отдельно стоит отметить систему улучшений – возможность прокачивать оружие и открывать новые навыки добавляет глубину геймплею и мотивирует проходить уровни снова и снова. Единственным минусом, пожалуй, могу назвать некоторую однообразность локаций. Хотелось бы больше разнообразия в окружении. В целом, VR Hero Sentry – отличный выбор для тех, кто ищет динамичный и захватывающий VR-шутер, не требующий постоянного перемещения в пространстве. Рекомендую!
Quest 3 controller thumbpads do not work
How come so few people have played this? I mean it's not great or anything, but it's free and should offer you a good 20-70 minutes of fun. I did three levels with the archer and will most likely test how the game works with the wizard class as well. If you're low on budget and don't buy a lot of games, perhaps you'll get more time out of this. I recommend trying it out.
decent for free but bores quickly
Very Decent for a F2P VR Game. u can hire AI upgrade items and play a wizard and upgrade your spells. Worth a download.
