I love playing Werewolves Revenge! The game has hundreds of possible roles, and the community is friendly, kind and supportive towards new players. The developers of the game keep releasing new updates with new fun activities, and I'm especially looking forward to playing more of the new Cultists mode, which is very similar to my favourite game: Sports Mafia. I highly recommend Werewolf Revenge to anyone who is interested in playing a first-person game with your unique avatar, especially if you are new to social deduction and hidden role games or if you want a game that also helps you improve your social skills, logic, empathy and public speaking :)

Update: after leaving this very honest and true opinion i was banned from the discord and game. Over $60 lost on this game with nothing to show for it. I would not waster your time or money. Old: I would recommend the game to most but with a tale of caution. There are some issues with actually being able to play the game. There is not enough host or players. Inconsistent game opportunities hurts this community. Most of the games only occur between 1pm and 3pm in the U.S. There are only maybe one or two days a week where games are played, if that. I would recommend finding a group of 10 or more people to play this game. However, without an official host no achievements or wins will be counted.

Werewolf provides a player the satisfaction of feeling like a detective like no other game can. This particular game, Werewolves Revenge, builds on that heavily while remaining balanced in gameplay. While you can go based off solid in-game clues and information, you may find you are often rewarded by using your "gut", or social deduction skills, which has honestly improved my confidence and decision-making skills outside of the game. I am proud to be part of this community and honored to watch this game evolve to be better and better. The developer's meticulous work on this passion project is inspirational. The few negative reviews on this game are based on the social aspect of the playerbase, rather than the game itself. As with any social game, there will be people who create drama that disrupt the integrity of the game and community. They blamed the dev, who just wanted to make a game, but since then the dev has found a way to put that responsibility onto the community to monitor itself. I've always personally found the community to be pleasant and tight-knit, yet still welcoming. Come give Werewolves Revenge a try. As detailed as it can be, even a new, learning player can man…

If you join to get more friends, remember this is a deception game. You may get better at lying and understand how people lie, but you will also learn about betrayal and lose trust in people. Expect the same from everyone else.
