6/10 Discover the story of this ancient ruin. What is it: A short puzzle game, with multiple subtypes of puzzles. There are 7 levels, as in levels of a building, and each one must be rebuilt and deciphered. The first half of the game you're going up, and on each level you must first solve a sliding puzzle, then a partial cryptogram. Once you reach the top, you start going down, solving a harder sliding puzzle, and a harder partial cryptogram. The easy sliding puzzle involves reconstructing a block from different fragments by choosing one of the available moves to apply to each fragment, like "move this part down, then move this part down and left then move this part right and down". Once you do that, you'll get two sentences, one in the regular Latin alphabet, and under it the same phrase but with a few letters in a different alphabet (Cyrillic), and the goal is to map the two alphabets, figuring out which Cyrillic letter corresponds to each Latin letter. The harder sliding puzzle involves only one piece, but this time it's in a maze which you must navigate. The harder cryptogram now has two different foreign alphabets (Hebrew and Greek I think). A good short game, the last puzze is a bit more difficult, it took me a good ten minutes to get it.
An amazing short puzzle, it's short but good, although I just happened to be multilingual and know 2 of the languages they used for the puzzles so it wasn't as interesting as it could have been for me, still a pretty good puzzle that I enjoyed even while partly knowing the answers
Mildly recommended. On the surface, this is a simple little puzzle game. It has a brief story to tell which is revealed as you piece the word chunks together. It has an increase in difficulty towards the end, graphics are ok and it's short. You'll enjoy this if you like spatial word puzzles.
Easy until the last level. It can really rack your brain.
