About Winter Novel
Follow Sveta, a burnt-out bank intern, and Vlad, a rebellious freelancer, as they're forced to collaborate on a high-stakes project that might finally break their cycles of dissatisfaction. This charming ASCII-art visual novel captures 80s nostalgia with chiptune music and an intimate 30-60 minute story about whether two mismatched souls can find hope in each other.
Sveta is a young bank intern. She believes that there is no end to the cycle of monotony that has become her life; secretly wishing for change but is too depressed to find the motivation.
Vlad is an unsociable, devil-may-care freelancer without any respect for the status quo who prefers to work alone.
They find their lives turned upside-down when they are forced to work together on an urgent, high-profile project that could change the course of their careers.
Can they work together despite their differences? Will this relationship change their lives for the better?

The story isn't the best but the ASCII art and the music is amazing.6 found this helpful
Labor exploitation depicted in ASCII art
This game bored me from the beginning to the end, but the issue it addresses is something that should have more visibility. The art is nice, something that was used a long time ago with really old games, in my opinion the music was the most memorable thing here, but the general topic is something that might stay in my mind for a while because of how serious it actually is and sadly many people experience it.1 found this helpful
Booted it for snow, stayed for feels. Pixel flakes hit harder than my ex’s last text. Cried twice, once over a girl, once over a dog that isn’t even real. Finished in one sitting, forgot to eat, grew frostbeard. 10/10 would freeze heart again.1 found this helpful
