A great, albeit short, game. Two mechaniacs: "every number key plays a note" and strange beings wandering the world singing tunes you have to play back by ear are a great combination. My 4 year old was happy to rock out by himself, and then listen to the songs that others were playing. Soon I hope he will be able to play them back. Also a combination of good design choices for kids: * No menus, no reading, no popups, no incentives to progress * Can't get "stuck" walking around * Can always play a song on the number pad, the functionality is disconnected from where you are in the world or game.1 found this helpful
This game reminds me of the feeling I got when I was a kid playing games. It has great world building and a unique design. The progress is a lot of fun because as you collect more instruments, you can cycle through them and just play them as you play the game. Great ear training challenges scattered across the map. I can't wait to see how this game develops.
