Worms turned into 2D trajectory golf, and chasing the par, the 20 coins, and the crate on each level gave me a relaxing little loop to fall back into. The reverse gravity power absolutely breaks the difficulty once you unlock it, and waiting out those unskippable animations after every shot got old fast, but the charm and the soundtrack carried it for me. Grab it on sale rather than full price and you'll get a cozy few hours out of it. Worth a swing if you like casual puzzle golf.1 found this helpful

Bought to introduce my daughter to worms (without the complexity of all the weapons), we have enjoyed playing through the courses and there's the option for hotseat multiplayer too.
Golf has never been this crazy
this is great for anyone who likes the notion this franchise but is intimidated By time limits enemy turns and the massive Arsenal. It plays not unlike a regular golf game but with a Rube Goldberg esque element. It's a lot more relaxing and allows you to play and make progress for shorter sessions compared to the others. And it does also make a lot of sense because this franchise has always been about the exact angle and force with which you attack. 4/5
