✦ AI summary

Frankenstein: Master of Death is a relaxing hidden-object adventure with attractive gothic visuals and a good mix of item-hunting and puzzle-solving gameplay that players find engaging and atmospheric. Most praise the art style, reasonable puzzle difficulty, and dark reimagining of the classic story, though some note that not all puzzles follow logical solutions and there are occasional repetitive moments. Players generally recommend it as a solid choice for fans of the genre.

It’s worth playing through once, though not all the puzzles are logical.

The game was fun to play as it is hasteless and relaxing. The graphics of backgrounds and objects is photorealistic while in cutscenes it is decent for its price. Overall graphics is very pretty and candy-like. The gameplay has three core aspects: screens where to find and to use an item, screens with puzzles and screens where you need to search for several objects by name. The most challenge you get from puzzle screens - in some of them you need to stop and take a time to think. Other gameplay aspects are pretty easy to grasp and pass. The story of the game takes a turn from the original novel. The ultimate villain here is just some guy that sponsored Victor's researches. The narrative is straightforward. Although, the Monster in this story was created in different circumstances, the creature's humane attitude summons player's empathy and a sense of pity for its fate similarly as it is in the original novel. Fun game to play as intermedia while taking a break from more complex games. Pros: pretty graphics, convenient gameplay, funny cutscenes. Cons: bugs leading to softlocking

Frankenstein: Master of Death is a solid hidden-object adventure with a great gothic atmosphere. I really liked the dark locations and the way the game puts its own spin on the Frankenstein story. The story is engaging enough to keep you moving from one location to another, and I enjoyed solving the puzzles along the way. There were a few repetitive moments, but nothing that ruined the experience for me. A fun, atmospheric adventure that I would recommend to anyone who enjoys hidden-object games with a darker theme. Enjoy :)

The usual cheesy storyline readings, as well as a groanworthy platitude at the end don't detract from a pretty good seek and find game, accompanied by nice puzzles that are just right in the difficulty level.
