✦ AI summary

Airscape - The Fall of Gravity is a challenging 2D platformer with a unique gravity-wrapping mechanic similar to Mario Galaxy, featuring a cute aesthetic and solid soundtrack that appeals to players who enjoy difficult precision platformers. However, the game's extreme difficulty and demanding memorization requirements frustrate many players, with some finding it enjoyable while others give up quickly, making it best suited for hardcore platformer fans.

If you enjoy games where you have to memorize the timing of moving traps, enemy patterns, and the exact location of every collectible on the map through blood, sweat, and countless deaths, just so you can eventually clear a level in a minute without a single mistake - you'll definitely appreciate this gem from 2015. But remember... never... NEVER EVER PLAY THIS GAME DRUNK!

I'm playing through my steam library in mostly alphabetical order and thought it would be fun to give short steam reviews for each game if I would recommend them or not. Airscape makes me a little bit sad. The premise when I first started playing quite excited me, as it was doing a lot of the gravity and orbital planet wrapping and whatnot mario galaxy does except it's 2d. Sadly, I very quickly became immensely frustrated with the game, and after 2 half an hour segments I have to call it quits with this game. It's so insanely hard and going for any level of completion was simply annoying. It's got good fundementals and there IS a good game in there somewhere, however I rate games based on my own enjoyment of them. If you love 2d platformers and don't find the especially difficult ones frustrating you can consider this game, and I will say that the price is quite fair. I however, can not say I had fun. 3/10

I bought this around the time it came out, but I had a really low end pc and it wouldn't work. Now I get to play it, and I actually really enjoyed this platformer. It's definitely way more challenging than you'd think. If you are one of those platformer players who enjoy a unique fun experience, go for it. It's cheap, and difficult to 100%. I also enjoyed the soundtrack they had, and who doesn't love cute squids. For the price, definitely worth getting.
