About Woodo

Woodo is a cozy diorama puzzle game where you assemble wooden scenes piece by piece. As you place objects in their correct spots, each scene slowly fills with color and comes to life, revealing charming animations and small surprises. Follow the story of Foxy and Ben the frog through a series of interconnected dioramas, each capturing a unique moment from their shared adventure.

Feel like you’re assembling a real toy, with each piece clicking into place with a satisfying, tactile sensation, as if it’s right in your hands.
Assembling objects isn’t linear—you have to turn and explore the 3D space to reveal hidden pieces. Watch as each piece transforms the world around you, with playful animations that react to your placements, bringing the diorama to life.

With a friendly narrator's voice, immerse yourself in a world when time was plentiful and much of it was spent outdoors, when the simplest things surprised and when every day promised great adventure. Feelings that were more present in childhood and are often missed or even forgotten with time passing.
The game features funny and charming characters that create an atmosphere of carefree joy and humor, reminding you that happiness is what your inner child needs.
  • Assemble beautiful dioramas piece by piece with a unique puzzle mechanic
  • The game adapts to your pace, providing assistance when you need it
  • Gameplay changes to adapt the narration
  • Simple but deeply meaningful story
  • The comforting voice of the narrator keeps you company
  • Get carried away by nostalgic feelings of when things were simple
  • Plenty of funny characters and silly animations make you smile

No exaggeration, this is probably my favorite game I’ve played this year. There was something about the sound of the wood, the music, and the whole atmosphere that really got to me. At some point halfway through, I just started crying. Maybe it reminded me of the summers I spent at my grandma’s house when I was a kid. Or maybe it brought back some feelings I’d forgotten about for a long time. I’m not really sure. I’m just really grateful this game exists and that it let me reconnect with those memories and feelings.

A lovely cozy game with a very welcoming vibe. The 3d dioramas are a lot of fun to play. The story is wholesome. I only have one complaint and that is the camera. Unfortunately I had to quit in the middle of playing multiple times because of nausea from the camera. It sometimes causes the view to get too close or to spin making the issues even worse. Overall I recommend the game but I would love to see them improve the camera.

This game is something else, I wholeheartedly love it. I'm not done yet but I had to write this while it was still fresh in my mind. Woodo has so many tiny details to it that truly show how much the developer(s) love and care for it. The sound design, the little easter eggs, when you hover over items or characters they have animations, the list goes on. The overall design is absolutely adorable, the story is cute, the music is comfy, the art is VERY cute, the voice acting is great, and the gameplay isnt just slot items into empty spots. I love everything about Woodo, I highly recommend it if you enjoy comfy and chill "puzzle" games. 10/10 If the dev(s) somehow sees this, absolutely immacculate job

At its heart, it's a wooden jigsaw puzzle game, and the mechanics are exactly as relaxing as that sounds: no time pressure, nothing demanding your attention, just small wooden pieces clicking that are satisfying to set in place. Underneath that simplicity is a heartwarming story. The game is satisfying, relaxing, and heartwarming from start to finish - a genuine delight. My only real complaint is that it would be wonderful if there were more content - it is easy to complete the game in ~5-6hours (a bit longer if you want to get all achievements). That being said, I can tell this game is something I will enjoy replaying. Definitely recommend. I played using both controller and M+K; while both worked well, I definitely enjoyed the M+K experience more given the precision that I could use to place pieces, move the camera, etc. Well worth the money, would buy again!
