✦ AI summary

Players praise the game's cozy atmosphere, beautiful art style, and addictive early-game gathering and farming mechanics, with satisfying exploration and traversal options. However, common complaints center on poor optimization and performance issues, an incomplete late-game experience with underdeveloped combat and unclear mechanics, UI limitations like fixed hotbar assignment, and overall jank that holds back what could be a stronger package—most suggest waiting for a sale.

One of my favorite games. So relaxing, challenging, and engaging. Love the terraforming. Excellent concept and idea.

Oh my god. This game is so annoying. You can't run (walk is basically run, you can't dodge or just use your cloak to dodge annoying), you have to plant stuff and it takes so much time to mature and harvest them either sing to reduce that time or wait. Rest can change the position of sun quickly but it won't reduce the time it takes to harvest or mature plants. That NAIA is a scammer always begging for more stuff, that eagle is the child throwing tantrums, that bee is the person who takes advantage of you and make you do tower defence and laborer type stuff and that snake makes you wander the mountains while hiding those tree in it's temple of past (bug) and throwing rocks over your head while one shotting you 🫪. I stopped playing after wandering mountains searching for the trees until I found it was a bug. Literally and that frog (walking inventory) keeps disappearing among the trees. You have to search for him using his ribbit (voice) and those tumble reeds keep appearing in my tent I know I have to put wall foundations but it's annoying. The damage is so low I don't know if I can increase it but anyway it's so ANOYYING UGh!!!! AND I HATE ACORNS. 100+ hours for few acorns I have …

Okay, I will post my glowing review later, but honestly, it's ATROCIOUS that the negative reviews all share one thing in common: An incredibly short play time! I know it would be too difficult to implement, but I really wish there was some way Steam could limit reviews that don't actually give the game enough time to show itself. If you see a review with less than 4 hours of playtime that's negative? Literally just brush it off. It is INVALID. They didn't play enough of the game to even BEGIN to know what it entails. It's like deciding a book is bad because you didn't care for the jacket. It takes a good while to get into the game, but once you do, there are tons of new places, new mechanics, lore, characters, and locations. It is certainly not a "walking simulator", you just get to choose and earn new modes of moving more efficiently. It's called progression. You know, one of the things that makes a game satisfying? Looking at other people's reviews, it seems like it's a 50-ish hour game. You can't play 2% of a game and say you gave it a fair chance. That's just ridiculous. And yes, I do fault them for this, because you saw the store page, you read what it entailed, there's all th…

Really enjoyed this. It has some jank, and it can be tricky to use water flow/terraforming as these are always hard to implement and use easily in games, but nonetheless it is very addicting and satisfying to transform parts of the world into something lush and vibrant.

This was a fun game with a lot of new mechanics in it that I haven't encountered in other, similar games. If I were to play it again, I would plan out my starting oasis a little better because towards the end of the game it was a bit chaotic and hard to find certain plants I needed. The short, easy quests were just right for this type of game as most people will enjoy gathering new plants and planting them rather than a long series of meaningless fetch quests. Also, the game really improves after you obtain flight.

There is something very mystical about it. Fun to explore!
