Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii

Holy crap it takes forever for this game to get going. I genuinely gave up. Incredibly boring at the start. None of the conversations that happen feel meaningful.

Perfect for the unemployed man

Sailing, ship battle, finding treasures, recruiting & managing crew members, even planting vegetable and cooking for crew/yourself are the main gameplay in this game. Side stories and sub stories in this game quite funny and interesting. Also, there is one involving real life actor in a interactive movie. Plenty of the crew member that can join your ship actually mirroring real life Japanese people that working in the entertainment industry. Look it up if you are interested. Finally, challenges and achievements are easier to get compared to other Like a Dragon Series. No missable either.

expected a small side game, found a full on new yakuza game (and one of the better ones at that)

Quick spoilers I enjoyed my time with the game however, i will say the amnesia problem i feel like last way too long. game feels like more like dlc for like a dragon, due to all the cool ideas with low content in them, you think you could craft weapons or even more ship parts but nah you cant. not much enemy variety you usually get with the Like a dragon series. overall i give it a 5/10 feels good to play Goro Majima again, get it on sale i don't think the dlc is worth getting with them just being extra outfits and characters you can do without.
