Exactly what it says on the tin, cold call simulation, but its actually fun if you enjoy the grindy game style - still early access, so theres a few issues, main one so far i keep running into is if someone has moved house, you can't verify a new address the loop is just asking for an NT number so you have to end call. good time killer though.

I downloaded this thinking it would be a joke, I WAS WRONG. Sure the call audios seem a little bit broken as far as normal conversation would flow but the content and most of the customer reactions seem genuine. I worked in a call center for many years and thought this would be some AI cheap knock off with tons of stupid minigames. I seriously felt like I was sitting at a cubicle about to start my first day all over again. the knowledge base articles for fixing the issues looked and felt just like some materials we used at 2 of the previous companies I worked for. The customer database looked real. verifying a customer account went exactly how we really did it. The devs either did a lot of homework or they worked in a call center themselves. Honestly a good game that gives a realistic feel for what this job would really be like.

Love this game, my only real gripe is the calls seem to be out of sync with the transcript, apart from that it's great

I am really enjoying this game. It can get repetitive and some of the voice lines sound off, but it's still really fun.

This has been a fun game so far. Things like the call structure and verification were confusing for the first couple calls, but started to make sense quickly after. It seems to really throw you in to making calls while you're still wrapping your head around what's going on, or it may have been rushed on my end. After about an in-game week, the calls started to feel repetitious. Having the upgrades, as well as the option for leads and cold calls, helped keep it a bit more interesting. There were a few call structures that did not have dialogue available with the call, and it was slightly jarring when you're expecting to hear the conversation. The Line 2 option seems to have some exploitable features where you can accelerate the conversation on a cold/lead call, but nothing that felt game-breaking. It would be great to have a tutorial of the Mod Studio section to add additional call scenarios. I haven't had a chance to use the multiplayer mode. Really interested in the potential of this game, keep it up!
