Take command as an emergency dispatcher, handling diverse 911 calls from genuine crises to pranks while coordinating police, fire, and paramedic teams across real-world cities. Deploy multiple emergency units with authentic equipment and personnel to manage over 140 types of incidents, from earthquakes to terrorist threats, complete with recorded realistic dialogue and actual first aid instructions.

Check out thousands of cities from all around the world. The Free Play mode lets you choose a city to play on - the game will download its map, along with real streets, addresses and the emergency infrastructure. You can also try the Career mode, which contains 6 cities with unique events – survive an earthquake in San Francisco and save Washington, D.C. from bomb attacks.
MANAGE TEAMS
A number of police, fire department and paramedic units are at your disposal. The forces may use a variety of vehicles (from common ambulances to police helicopters), essential equipment (e.g., bulletproof vests, first aid kits and technical tools) and consist of team members with different abilities.

It's a good dispatch simulator, it can be stressing managing resources for each case, there's some strategy involving which vehicles to use and your agents can level up, the calls are all voiced-over and there's some interesting ones even if some do repeat a lot.
An RTS take on dispatch, that reflects how dispatchers wish the world would respond. I find the general game play to be good and worth several hours. The shortcomings are the lack of variety in short high frequency call: EMS - lift assist, sick, psychiatric, sore Police - welfare checks, burglar alarm, petty crimes Fire - false alarm, utility outage, flooded basement, gain access to patient for ems The maps of some cities could be shifted to reflect the boarders better, Buffalo NY has calls in Canada and NYC has some in NJ.
Great game for learning emergency knowledge!
