✦ AI summary

Players generally love the core roguelike deckbuilding gameplay, praising its unique card mechanics, appealing art and music, and addictive fun factor that keeps them engaged for hours. The main complaints center on unclear presentation and description writing that requires consulting guides to understand what's happening, along with some finding the sound effects grating enough to mute the game entirely.

I love Hearthstone Battlegrounds, TFT, Underlords, whatever autobattler comes my way. This one is a card game similar to HS BGs, although less auto battly and more cardy. I finished all achievements in 24 hours or so. "One More Run" syndrome triggerer, I recommend this game.

Ton of complexity to break stuff with. Also has a lot of things to unlock through runs and playing and gaining exp. This is a pro for me but I also know a lot of people don't like that kind of progression.

One of the best roguelike deckbuilders! Definitely a must-try if you're into this type of games. There are two things that make it very different from other deckbuilders. First is that majority of the attribute boosts in this game (through spells, monster effects, events, etc...) last for the entire run, not just the current fight. So you always want some cards that boost themselves, other cards or both and then scale everything up as much as you can. So on one hand you sometimes want to prolong fights to boost your cards as much as possible, but on the other hand the quicker you finish the more lucre (currency) you get. Second big thing for me is that in this game you don't pay to discard cards like in most other roguelike deckbuilders, instead you can sell them in stores! That alleviates a lot of pressure. In case you didn't manage to boost certain card(s) enough or you didn't get cards that combo well with them, you can just sell them (50% of their value) and use that money to buy new cards. So you're not punished too much if RNG didn't go your way and you need to tweak your build idea a bit. Sometimes you'll find really good card in shop and decide to sacrifice (by that …

This is a Slay the Spire like deck builder with some original twists. I like it.

It is mid but on the good side. Like the bests in the genre Hearthstone, Slay the Spire, Monster Train, Roguebook etc it does try offering a different way to present a deckbuilding game but it is nothing great to be honest I fail to understand what the dolls we get are for as you can completely ignore that system as far as I know. 6.5/10
