STAR WARS™: The Force Unleashed™ II

Game is literally unplayable. And I don't mean in the typical "bad framerates, glitches, poor optimization" sense. I mean the game will crash, without fail, every time you try to watch the first cutscene of the game. Yes it technically can be skipped but you shouldn't have to skip content just to avoid crashes. And even then it doesn't matter because I've never finished Kamino. Play this on literally any other platform. This is flat out unacceptable.

STAR WARS: The Force Unleashed II delivers some of the most satisfying, overpowered power-fantasy action in gaming history, serving as a highly polished cinematic spectacle. Yeah it's short, but does it look cool and feel satisfying? Hell yeah.

In 2026, this runs significantly better locked at 30 fps on Steam Deck than it does on my desktop. It just doesn't scale or run well on Windows 11. But it's a really fun handheld experience. In my opinion, this sequel gets a bad rap. The combat system is much improved from the first game, and it's over the top arcadey fun.

Smoother and better mechanics and gameplay than the previous. However, the combos are way less complex and the story is not engaging. There's no actual duels like the first one and many enemies, stages and the final duel get very repetitive. The duration seemed way smaller as well. The game doesn't full the screen at first, you have to change your pc resolution and the game's resolution in order to have it on full screen.
