worth it for the plot but nothing else. game play was wonky and getting through some of the missions tested my patience, story is simple. and Altair is still the goat.

without mod it’s unplayable

Played this in 2025, and honestly, it still holds up. It doesn't look great anymore, and getting my controller to work on PC version was a bit of a struggle, but I still had a lot of fun with the gameplay.

Game was decent especially for a first entry i played through the game with DLSS 5 so it looked amazing. The missions can be really annoying tho.

Dated but fun. Story is good, gameplay gets a little repetitive.

6/10 graphics are good, add some very easy to install mods and this game looks like its only 10 years old, far from 20. gameplay is solid, yes it is repetitive, but i enjoyed being able to slowly get better at what was asked of me after having done it so many times. there are some extremely frustrating things in this game, the controls feel unresponsive and im not talking about parkour lol overall, a good game, short and totally worth playing if youre interested in getting into the series. just dont expect to have much fun otherwise, its not a game id tell a friend to play purely for fun.
