[h1]"Slippy soapball in a mean platform labrinth"[/h1] Rolling Gauntlet is an ultrahard 3D platformer & skillgame. You may not even able to finish the tutorial. Because some falling platform react quite randomly. Sometimes when you are in mid air, other times if you try to jump from them. You cannot play this game properly with the leftstick of your Xbox controller. Because it wants you to go precisely left up right or down. Each mistake spoils your ball spinning direction entirely and the ball feels very slippy no matter which ground you are on. The obstacles become meaner and meaner as farer you progress. I wonder who can beat those kind of games without any falldown. The graphics of the Unreal4 engine are quite basic but they felt very laggy for me. But the worst is definetly the stupid camera angle. You can only adjust it by mouseclick and shifting up and down. No left or right is possible. Rolling gauntlet is such an annoying game. I'm glad I've beaten the last level after 1,5 hours of endless attempts ...

this game trained my concentration, patience and hand-eyes condonation. unique game

Genuinely one of the most painful gaming experiences I have had in many years. The only reason this is bearable is because you can skip levels easily meaning that the only levels you need to play for the achievements are levels 5, 20 and 40. The rest you can skip by pressing R 15 times until the skip button appears. I don't normally review games but I do not recommend this at all despite the low price range and somehow managing to complete it. The physics are HORRIBLE and the game is missing some simple features like audio control and screen sizing options.

well, I can beat all levels except level 31, although the ball was hard to control like soap, IMO it is still worth for $1
