Emergency 2014

The game appears to be broken as it's unable to start up, I tried changing settings in its' programming or however its called and no luck. Such a shame that Microsoft is killing old games like this, until they stop being @sshats about their product, hopefully it will work again.

I don't know why people complain it doesn't work. I've played this on Windows 7, 8, 10 and even now on Linux. Wonderful game, perfect mixture between serious and goofy.

BEFORE YOU PLAY THIS GAME: Windows 11 broke the game so you have to run it through DxWnd and some form of fullscreen software. Emergency 2012-2014 is overhated. There is a lack of modding capabilities, but the game itself is fun! This version includes 2012, 2013, and 2014 as well as 2012's deluxe missions. Emergency 2013 and 2014 are more like DLCs to 2012 but each of them have a theme. Emergency 2012 is just a bunch of missions with no theme, but it's deluxe missions have a storyline of building a solar energy line from the Sahara to Europe. 2013 is about deep drilling to prevent a volcanic eruption, 2014 is about protecting a nuclear weapon that will destroy a meteor that will destroy earth. This subseries will always hold a special place in my heart as this was my first ever computer game I played, and I remember when me and my dad would try to beat some of the missions from the 2014 lineup. This is a good emergency game to start with since the missions aren't too chaotic (if you play them in perfect order from 2012+deluxe-2013-2014) and the mods aren't a thing in this game. It's also much more simple than the games before it too.

Completely died after recent windows updates, what a shame.

Love the game used to play it when i was younger and i still enjoy it fully dont regret my friend getting me this game for my birthday
