By far the best game in the Emergency Franchise, mods are actually amazing and out of this world and new ones are still getting released. If you're thinking about buying this game check out some modded screenshots as well. (Also mods are literally drag and drop to install a 10 year old could do it no problem)

[i]EMERGENCY 4[/i] is a two-decade-old relic of a game with awkward controlling that cannot be remapped in-game, apparent AI pathfinding issues that can result emergency service personnel (and vehicles) failing to reach critical objectives in time, audio glitches that result in sound effects excessively multiplying and piercing the player's eardrums, and the configuration file crashing the game during startup whenever the resolution is modified to modern systems (1980x1080). No official or unofficial patches can be found online to fix the various technical issues plaguing the game, and should therefore be deemed unfit for gameplay in current times.
