Take charge of firefighters, medics, police forces and technical engineers to fight chaos and save the city from disaster. Coordinate rescue mission professionally and efficiently, in a team working with other players or alone in single-player mode. Time is running out and every decision counts when innocent lives are at stake.
EMERGENCY is a co-op real-time strategy game all about saving lives. In a fight against time and chaos, players join forces to coordinate rescue missions. As incident commander you take control of the rescue team and face fires, injured civilians, criminals, high-voltage accidents and other adrenaline inducing challenges.
Play together or by yourself
Dive into the world of EMERGENCY and play with friends or players from all over the world. Team up with up to four other commanders to save your city. Do you have what it takes to seamlessly work together and master the chaos?
Take on shifts as incident commander
Take on a multitude of shifts requiring lots of different responses. Lightning storms, freezing cold, blazing heat—weather is always a factor. Start out as a trainee and build your experience until you are ready for even the most challenging of rescue missions.
Coordinate your departments
You will have to work closely with your fellow incident commanders to coordinate your units. Mobilize your SWAT trucks, water tenders, ambulances, and more to stay on top of the chaos. The city is counting on you!
Upgrade your units and unlock new abilities
Use the cards you win at the end of successful shifts to improve your units and unlock new abilities. Level your cards to become an expert in your favorite departments, or become the trusted all-rounder, able to carry any round.

This plays like a mobile game and lacks the charm and complexity of the prior entries to the series. It also appears to have been abandoned part way through executing the roadmap the developers set out.1 found this helpful
Great Game !
was unbalanced at launch, fun now
Just a terrible game design. Being able to only use 5 units at once and having up to 5-6 emergencies at once makes it impossible to play alone. You just have to either pay money or play with friends. And the emergencies are not even harder when playing with friends. Additionally after like half an hour, the Emergencies already start repeating. And they're not even at different places. You know every emergency and how to deal with it by like hour 3.
EMERGENCY: Great Potential, but Needs a Solo Mode Fix PROS: Instant Hook: An incredibly cool and addictive simulator that grabs you from the very first seconds. Great Visuals & Physics: Beautiful graphics and realistic physics. Everything is made in the best traditions of the series. Excellent Optimization: The game is very well-optimized. Even on my older PC, it runs smoothly and is fully playable without major lags. Free-to-Play: The fact that the base game is absolutely free is a huge bonus. CONS: Difficult Balance: The price tags for some in-game perks feel a bit steep. The game would benefit greatly from more focus on visual and cosmetic content instead. Dead Matchmaking & Brutal Difficulty: It is extremely hard to find active, live players to coordinate with. This is a massive issue because once you pass the first difficulty level, the game becomes practically unplayable in solo mode. Winning on Medium difficulty by yourself is almost impossible. Right now, you just lose way too often, and it completely kills the desire to keep playing. A Message to the Developers: Please, consider adjusting the balance to make the game more rewarding for solo players. It would …
