Station to Station

I really wanted to sink into this game and relax, but by the later levels the flaws become severely apparent: The checkpoint system makes sense until it doesn't. I understand they want you to use cards to stack rewards... But it's discouraging when you have to restart or revert because of ONE WRONG LINE out of place. It's just rude to the player. Then you have the obscenely stupid mechanic of not all the structures being present at the beginning of a level, which further rubs poodoo in your face for not having expected it, and being unable to redo ANYTHING once a rail is connected between stations. It completely destroys the planning element of the game, because you have to waste time reverting, hoping you got it right, then being slammed with several more structures to connect. The game really wants to be amazing! Music is lovely, it looks stunning... But it sucks because the devs clearly didn't understand proper game design theory when they made this game. I truly hope their other games are better, and that they fix this honestly obnoxious set of problems. Very relaxing and cozy, the blocky world itself got me. The challenges are simple and I really enjoy the progressive planning aspect. You can even sneak a peek at the soon-to-be-constructed building to plan ahead, though sometimes the terrain alone makes you think, "Yeah, a building would probably go on a flat terrain." Also love the fact that my GPU is the recommended specs.

AWSOME GAME

Great game. Interesting puzzles that can be testing and mechanics that reward stopping and thinking about how to approach each level. Nice graphics and a an overall chill game. 10/10 recommend if you want a low-key relaxing but not boring game.

This game is absolutely GORGEOUS! The music matches too. such a lovely vibe, great to chill out with after a long day. It's really intuitive to play with simple controls. So far it appears to be really well designed overall. It seems easy enough but the extra challenges provide a lil' head scratching. A perfect cozy game thoroughly recommended.
