[b]Assassin's Creed Chronicles: Russia[/b] I love how this game looks. The art style is clearly inspired by Soviet political posters, and honestly, it works REALLY well. The characters, atmosphere and overall visual style are probably the strongest parts of the game. Unfortunately... The game itself is a nightmare. [b]Art style and atmosphere[/b] Visually, Russia is probably my favorite of the Chronicles games. The Soviet inspired art style fits the setting perfectly. Everything has this cold, industrial and oppressive feeling to it. The characters also fit the world really well, and the atmosphere is honestly great. It's stylish as hell. Too bad I had to actually play it. [b]Gameplay[/b] Oh boy... If you press a button 1ms too early, most of the time you're screwed. Too late? Even worse. I genuinely lost count of how many times I had to replay certain sections because the game expects absolutely perfect timing. And the worst part is that sometimes it doesn't even feel like I made a mistake. Some levels just don't make sense. You do exactly what the game seems to be asking you to do, and somehow you still fail. Then you replay the same section again and again until you fi…

Stay away from this piece of ♥♥♥♥. This game sucks ♥♥♥♥ and the developers should be ashamed to let this one slip through the cracks and release in this state.

Assassin’s Creed Chronicles: Russia is a stylish 2.5D spin-off that takes the series into post-revolutionary Russia with a darker atmosphere and a unique setting. Stealth is the real focus, and using gadgets, distractions, and the environment is much more satisfying than relying on combat. The gameplay can feel repetitive and some sections are frustrating, you will suffer in some sections of the game just because of the non-working parkour and execution mechanics. Overall, a solid little AC spin-off with a great setting and atmosphere—worth playing if you enjoy the classic stealth-focused Assassin’s Creed experience.

Unpleasant to play, dull and boring. You do the right thing and still die....... and then repeat.
