About NEKOPARA Extra
Experience the origin story of Chocola and Vanilla as adorable kittens arriving at the Minaduki household, forming their bond with Kashou through heartwarming moments and shared promises. This beautifully animated visual novel prequel features Sayori's stunning artwork and E-mote animations while letting you relive the events that started it all before the patisserie opened.
About half a year before the opening of the patisserie, La Soleil where the catgirls work with Kashou.
Back when Chocola and Vanilla were still kittens when they first arrived at the Minaduki household and before they opened up to the other catgirls.
It's then that they gradually began to call Kashou "master", experienced their first Christmas, and shared a promise with Kashou.

NEKOPARA Extra is an extra episode in the NEKOPARA visual novel series that was part of a stretch goal from the NEKOPARA OVA crowdfunding campaign! The lovable catgirls, Chocola and Vanilla, are back and this time the story focuses on their first arrival at the Minaduki household before the events of NEKOPARA Vol. 1.

A very short but cute story about the early life of the main cat girl cast. After playing through volumes 1-3 it was refreshing in a way just to see new models and outfits, and the upgrades to the mid-conversation animations felt really smooth and pleasant to watch. Is there any substance to the narrative here? No, not really. You get some tidbits about how dedicated Chocola and Vanilla are to Kashou, and some very cute moments with young Coconut, but everyone else is about the same as they are in the first 3 volumes. For $5 though, I think this is definitely worth it for the cuteness you get to experience. Even if it's short, I can recommend this for fans of Nekopara.2 found this helpful
