Gun Knight All Day

Gun Knight is hard. Not just hard... punishing. You'll die. You'll die a lot. But it's also incredibly fun. Each time you die you'll know what not to do next time. And the variety of enemies and weapons will keep you coming back and trying new things again and again. This game is definitely worth the price of admission. It's simple to learn to play and fun to run a single game while sitting in a waiting room or an epic session of screaming obscenities at the developer as you get *so close* to beating the next boss. And for those wondering, it works perfectly on the Steam Deck. Get this game! You won't regret it.

This game is crazy addictive, like Zelda with an attitude. Seems hard at first, but the strategy in this game is rewarding if you keep at it. I don't remember another game like this one where I've been as driven to finishing it. You got me now, MidgeMakesGames, but I'll beat it eventually!

Really fun game. I love playing it for 10-15 minutes at a time. It's a great game to play when you're wanting to be mindless but still want sla challenge. The music is super chill snd very good.

Game is really fun and challenging. There is definitely enough content to make it worth the price even if not on sale :) Looking forward for the next works of the dev.

Mixture of praise and constructive criticism, mostly praise. I think more effort could be put into making it stand out, but I am having fun. Pros: I like all the little rooms, many of them pose a unique obstacle, or introduce new enemies to you. It's fun to progress like this. I like your puns. I like finding different weapons, and having a shop in some areas to buy more. Ammo and health scarcity makes this game a little more hardcore than you thought. Constructive Criticism: First Snake boss fire spin could be a little less dense. It's hard to weave through it at a distance, and hard to follow in a circle when I'm at moderate distance. I think there could be a little more decoration, or change in level atmosphere as you progress. Playing with mouse, when you shoot, the variance in angle at a screen's distance will often miss the target. So some % of all perfect aimed bullets will not hit the target. The GUI elements don't scale well on a 4k monitor. The elements should dynamically scale with resolution so all players get the same GUI experience. An option to reduce or remove screenshake.
