Tale of the Bullet Knight

Ive been a part of the development of Bullet Knight for the past few months must say the game is amazing imo its a good boomer shooter with bizzare graphics which scratches that itch I had so if you want a game that feels like the old doom but a bit more fast paced and taking place in a dreamland buy this game def worth it and the devs are amazing and nice people frfr

You just drop in to do some shooting, but a few minutes later the screen turns into a sort of medieval acid trip: sprites are flying, enemies are dropping dead, effects are piling up on top of each other, you’re bunny-hopping like a wild beast, and the game is all like: "Slowly... too slowly... let's go even faster."

I am only one hour into it but from what I have seen this game promises to be a lot of fun. Totally digging the art style and the gameplay is very smooth . Key bindings can be remapped. And also thanks a ton for adding an FPS Cap slider in the game. I have a problem here with many Unity engine based games running with insanely high fps completely overheating the gpu and I always have to set an fps cap in the AMD software.

The visual style and humor of the game captivate from the very first seconds. Extremely promising! Let’s be honest: at the time of writing this review the game has only just entered Early Access, and a few minor bugs are present if you really go looking for them — it would be silly to expect a complete absence of them from an Early Access product. Still, the game is fire! If you ask whether I recommend buying it — ABSOLUTELY! Especially considering how much more is still going to be added.

Pretty good, a dev that actually listens to player feedback is awesome and i think this is a good game with potential. The bugs that me and my friend encountered that were affecting the player experience were dealt with. Gameplay is pretty good for a guy who doesn't like many rougelikes. Enemy variety is all right but does get stale with time but I consider that to be whatever ig because there's 2 modifers to the enemies (blue gnome ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and pitchforkers are the spawn of satan lol) Player upgrades are also pretty okay with the weapon customization and loadouts being pretty good to mess around with but I havent made anything better than the shotgun with a chance to save bullets a healing bell and the sword.

I'm really impressed with this funny, authentic, chamber and sometimes epic atmosphere. It's cool, guys. Waiting for more!
